The essential oil of Rosemary is produced from the whole herb which is harvested and steam distilled. It has a strong herbaceous aroma and is good for stress and nervous exhaustion. It is a stimulating oil which helps to maintain a clear head. It is beneficial for use in skin care and hair care preperations, and helps ease muscular discomfort. NOTE Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use on anyone with high blood pressure or epilepsy.
