DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions “the seller” or “the company” means Bellitas Limited and the “buyer” means the purchaser of the goods from the seller under these terms and conditions.

PRICES

Are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without prior notice. All prices will be exclusive of VAT at ruling rates and delivery costs.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due to the company in full prior to the dispatch of goods if a credit arrangement is not agreed before hand. Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice where a credit arrangement exists. Further orders will not be dispatched whilst a balance is outstanding.

OVER DUE ACCOUNTS

After 40 days a surcharge of 5% will be charged on the gross amount overdue levied on a daily basis.

NO MINIMUM ORDER

We will accept any order regardless of size. Orders under £25.00 net goods will be subject to a small charge of £1.50 to cover administration costs. Normal carriage charges will prevail.

CLAIMS

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the Company is advised within 7 days of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The Company must be informed in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice in the case of loss. The company will not entertain claims made outside of these stated time limits.

RETURNED GOODS

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.
i) A returns authorisation request must be made to Bellitas Limited within 7 days of receipt of goods.
ii) Returned goods should be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Goods returned damaged will not entitle the Buyer to a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
iii) Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
iv) Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the Company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
v) Goods which are given free or as part of an offer is not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.

DELIVERY

UK deliveries 1-3 days (on orders over £100 net)
Ireland 2-3 days delivery
Scottish Highlands and Islands 2-3 days

The times quoted are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate prompt delivery, all despatches will be made direct to the point of ordering. Bellitas Limited cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside their control causing late delivery. Neither Bellitas Limited nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders with a net value of £175 will be sent carriage free (UK only) for wholesalers and £100 for all others;
• Free carriage offer excludes all equipment and furniture.
• All other areas are not included in free carriage and normal carriage terms prevail.

NORMAL CARRIAGE

Parcels will be sent by our nominated carrier service or by Royal Mail First Class.

SMALL PARCELS

Parcels under £100 will be dispatched via the carrier service at a charge of £5.36 for insurance reasons.

Orders under a net value of £175 wholesalers or £100 all others (1 – 20Kg)
• UK mainland next day delivery £5.36 per parcel.
• Northern Ireland 2-3 day delivery £12.50 per parcel.
• Ireland 2-3 day delivery £13.00 per parcel.
• Scottish Highlands & Islands 3 day delivery £5.36 per parcel.
• Channel Islands & off-shore service quoted on weight.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

If you require special deliveries other than those provided please contact our sales team.

EXPORT

We welcome orders for anywhere in the world. Carriage charges will vary on destination and weight of consignment. Price on application.

CANCELLATION

Prior to despatch, cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:
i) A 5% handling charge on standard terms.
ii) Items brought in specifically for your order must be paid for in full.

Cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch

ALTERATIONS

Any modification to orders must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer and agreed in writing by the Company.

GUARANTEE

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warranty. All glass items are excluded from this guarantee.

GENERAL

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for the intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by Bellitas Limited for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing product or equipment supplied by us. All offers in the catalogue are subject to availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refused any order or application of credit at any time. In exceptional circumstances, if any item is unavailable we may send a carefully selected substitute. We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions in good faith, however, although given in good faith are subject tot change without prior notice by the Seller.

RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE

i) The risk in all goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remain vested in Bellitas Limited and shall only pass from Seller to the Buyer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account grounds) to Bellitas Limited.
ii) The Buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, Bellitas Limited, or appointed agents may enter the Buyer’s remises to collect such goods that the Seller request. Prior to such payment, the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose, and return of the goods to the Seller should the Seller request.
