Product Processing
Product processing is the manufacture of the bulk product. Our processing vessels range from 50 to 1300 litres and have varying design attributes to allow for the manufacture of lotions, shampoos, exfoliants and dense creams and accommodate hot or cold processing.

Product Filling
Packaging comes in all shapes and sizes and we have developed our filling facility to accommodate them all. As well as thin/viscous creams and lotions we fill powders, pellets and hot products, such as jellies or waxes. We have the machinery for decanting into bottles, jars, vials and tubes.

Quality Assurance
Our lab technician ensures that all pH, Specific Gravity (SG) and viscosity physical testing is completed on site to the specification set by our formulators. Supported by our independent formulators and microbiology test laboratories we can offer the assurance that nothing goes undetected. Product batch coding ensures complete traceability throughout its lifecycle.

Own Label Process
We have spent years simplifying the route to own brand. We can assist clients in clarifying their vision, formulate products and select packaging. We will also identify areas where costs can be saved by explaining the process from product development, to batch manufacture and filling through to despatch.
